The PureSom Secure CPAP Chin Strap is an updated design from the original Tiara Super Deluxe Chinstrap.  Cardinal Health (Tiara Medical) has upgraded this product with Breathe-O-Prene material.  This chinstrap features a wide strap for extra comfort and thin supporting strips for better stability. This chinstrap is almost exactly like the Respironics Deluxe Chinstrap, but actually is made of heavier material (Breathe-O-Prene material).  The PureSom Secure CPAP Chin Strap is blue.
